Dr. Khaleel Seecharan
Khaleel is an accomplished organizational development and empowerment consultant specializing in institutional isomorphism and equitable workplace culture. With a wealth of experience, Khaleel has worked across multiple verticals and served as chief of staff to Dr. Atul Gawande at Ariadne Labs, as well as strategy advisor to Dr. Julio Frenk, former Mexican Minister of Health and current president at University of California – Los Angeles.
Characterized by his ability to make complex ideas clear and actionable, Khaleel helped found a medical school, launched a new research center, and has written institutional strategic plans. His wealth of experience working with domestic and international organizations of all sizes and industries, across sectors, and has presented at conferences, authored book chapters, and served as a speaker and facilitator for executive teams desiring to improve their organizational and collaborative outcomes.
Khaleel’s work spans many mission-driven organizations including non-governmental organizations which he leverages both academic rigor from his professional and doctoral research experience and practical solutions from his consulting work. Recently, Khaleel participated in a comprehensive organizational culture review of the World Health Organization that spanned its HQ, regional offices and country-level offices.
Khaleel’s research interests include adaptive leadership and applied research on institutional isomorphism, and his skills include executive coaching, group facilitation, comprehensive organizational diagnosis, strategic planning, project design, and mixed-methods assessment.
Importantly, as a first-generation American and first-generation college graduate, Khaleel’s lived experiences have guided his passion for helping to create and facilitate organizational culture. Khaleel is originally from Trinidad and Tobago, and he holds dual citizenship.
Credentials: Khaleel earned his doctorate in higher education management, with distinction, at the University of Pennsylvania as well as a master of public administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He also earned a masters in management information systems and a bachelor of arts in international relations with honors from Florida International University.
Dr. Reima Shakeir
Dr. Reima Shakeir is an internationally recognized author, scholar, and consultant with expertise in organizational culture, power dynamics, leading change, communications and mixed-methods programmatic evaluation. She has worked in five countries and across multiple industries including: Tech, Education, Health, Entrepreneurship, and Arts applying rigorous evaluation methodologies to assess, refine and transform organizational and institutional frameworks to drive systemic, measurable impact.
Dr. Shakeir started her career in multilingual publishing at just 17 years old graduating to editor-in-chief then partner. Thereafter she purchased the business and then expanded the offerings fully to consulting, specializing in crisis communication and leadership development, after which she sold the company at age 22.
As an executive coach and strategic advisor, Dr. Shakeir’s insights shape strategic roadmaps and operating models for several organizations including the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations and major financial institutions. Her work is rooted in evidence-based decision-making and cross-cultural organizational systems analysis, ensuring sustainable change in corporate spaces, educational institutions, and social services sectors. Through both her formal academic research and practical execution, she drives inclusive, cross-cultural organizational systems and corporate spaces.
In academia, Dr. Shakeir is Affiliate Faculty in the University of Pennsylvania’s Chief Learning Officer Ed.D. program, where she trains senior executives and learning leaders to develop evidence-based learning initiatives, evaluation frameworks, and research methodologies that align with organizational strategy. She teaches courses such as Applied Research Design, Multimodal Mixed Methods Research, and Knowledge Systems Integration—equipping leaders with evaluation-driven strategies to enhance institutional effectiveness and systemic transformation. Additionally, she is a practitioner-scholar who teaches Management Communication at the Wharton School of Business (UPenn) and Business and Society, Organizational Communication in the Context of Contemporary Society, and Strategic Business Communication at NYU Stern School of Business.
Dr. Shakeir is an accomplished author and poet, committed to building communities of belonging, improving education systems, and reshaping corporate spaces through evidence-based leadership and evaluation methodologies.

Dr. Darren Greeno
Dr. Darren Greeno is a highly experienced college administrator and organizational consultant with expertise in program development, curriculum design, change management, and strategic partnerships. Currently a partner at OQ Strategies, Dr. Greeno has a strong track record of success in collaborating with organizations.
Dr. Greeno’s research focuses on the relationship between institutional performance and organizational culture. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, he examines various sectors such as higher education, for-profit/nonprofit, and NGOs. This research, combined with his experience in managing change initiatives, allows Dr. Greeno to offer practical and theoretical insights for organizational improvement.
As an educator and administrator in higher education, Dr. Greeno has also facilitated organizational change to create equitable learning environments. He collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to align colleges' operations with their core values. And, as a core member of the OQ Strategies consultant team, Dr. Greeno and his colleagues use evidence-based approaches to understand and transform organizational culture. Their use of quantitative, qualitative, and phenomenological methods provides a unique perspective on organizational characteristics, ensuring tailored solutions for each client and engagement.
Dr. Greeno enjoys working with those organizations and institutions who embrace curiosity and vulnerability and are willing to challenge themselves to improve. This mindset is crucial for effective assistance in organizational growth and transformation.
Outside of work, you can find Dr. Greeno in the mountains with his family, finding inspiration and rejuvenation in nature.
Credentials: Dr. Greeno holds a doctorate in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania, a master's degree in Political Science from the New School for Social Research, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
Dr. Sharon Ravitch
Dr. Sharon Ravitch is Professor of Practice at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and teaches leadership and organizational equity to executives and teams at Wharton Business Schools’ Executive Education Hub. Her scholarship integrates the fields of cultural anthropology, human and organizational development, psychology, business, design thinking, education, international development, qualitative research, and participatory methodologies.
Ravitch has worked for over two decades as a Senior Advisor and Chief Methodologist on numerous government-level policy reform and sectoral development projects around the world. Dr. Ravitch is a GIAN Knowledge Exchange Scholar of the Government of India, where she serves as a high-level strategy advisor to multiple government entities. Ravitch has received a Fulbright Fellowship, through the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) Fulbright Specialist Roster for 2023-2024. She served as senior advisor to three Ministers of Education in Haiti, senior advisor to the Tribal School Ministry in Maharashtra India, and designer of a national scale-up education program to address Nicaragua’s schooling and transnational migration crisis.

Ravitch’s U.S.-based work focuses on Organizational Culture and Adaptive Leadership facilitation with corporate leaders and teams, NGO’s, international agencies, and NFP’s, boards, and higher education systems and units. Focal areas of facilitation include equity leader and organizational development, equitable organization, policy, and team norm development, equity-focused change management, culturally responsive leadership, crisis leadership, healing-centered engagement, humanizing employees and organizations . Recent clients include Suntory Holdings, Philadelphia’s City Planning Commission, C21 Media, Accessible Pharmacy Services for the Blind. Her most recent work includes the organizational culture review of World Health Organization under the OQ Strategies, where she oversaw quality assurance in research design, methods, and data reliability.
Credentials: Dr. Ravitch earned two master’s degrees from Harvard University in Human Development and Psychology and in Education and a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in an interdisciplinary program that integrates across the fields of anthropology and education.
