Drs. Seecharan, Greeno, and Shakeir, grounded their work at the outset with [OQ Strategies'] Diagnostic Survey of Institutional Culture and interviews with executive leadership and directors. They combined this with an existing institutional climate survey and focus group data to establish a baseline. [OQ Strategies] then provided actionable recommendations to improve inclusion and belonging for all community members. The engagement also included executive coaching with our leadership team to ensure the team and institution were prepared for executing the plan.
