Drs. Seecharan, Greeno, and Shakeir, grounded their work at the outset with [OQ Strategies'] Diagnostic Survey of Institutional Culture and interviews with executive leadership and directors. They combined this with an existing institutional climate survey and focus group data to establish a baseline.
